The card

Six fields on every card.

  1. Name. The job, in the words a finance team uses.
  2. Area. Which of the nine GAAPx Score areas it sits in: Spend, Billing, RevRec, Payroll, The Close, Budget vs Actual, Treasury, Controls or Reporting.
  3. Complexity. Simple, Moderate or Complex. It sets which ways to work a card offers.
  4. Who it helps. The role that carries the work today.
  5. What the agent does. The steps the agent takes, and where a person reviews.
  6. How you can use it. Do it yourself, Done with you, or Done for you. The card marks the best fit first.

Three ways to work

Pick the way that matches how complex the job is.

Some jobs your team can build with a good prompt. Others need a guide beside you. A few need a builder. Each use case says which.

  1. Do it yourself

See the idea. Build it yourself.

    Who it fits:
A finance team with one person who likes to try AI tools, and a job that touches one system.
    What you get:
The use case card and the steps an agent takes. For the simple jobs, a ready Claude prompt to paste in and adjust will come with the card.
    What you do:
Build it, try it on your own data, and decide where a person reviews.
    Choose it when:
The job is simple, one team owns it, and you want to start this week.
  2. Done with you

    Guidance on the harder jobs.

    Who it fits:
A team with a job that crosses systems or policies, and a person who can give it regular time.
    What you get:
Our accountants and engineers beside your team. We help you draw the steps, set up what the agent needs to know from your Company Brain, and build the agent alongside you.
    What you do:
Choose the process, share your policies and know-how, review what comes out, and make the decisions.
    Choose it when:
The job spans several systems, some rules are still in people's heads, or you want your team to keep the skill.
  3. Done for you

We build the most complex ones.

    Who it fits:
A leader whose team cannot spare the hours, with a job that has many parts or rules that belong to your business alone.
    What you get:
We build the agent with your systems and your Company Brain, and show you each step and each point where a person reviews.
    What you do:
Answer our questions, give us access, review what comes out, and make the decisions.
    Choose it when:
The job is complex and your team has no time to build it.

Done for you is kept for the most complex jobs. A card says when we offer it.

Worked example

This page describes how the agent is designed. It does not report results from any client.

A deal desk agent that tells the right people what to look at.

A deal sits in Salesforce with a close date a few weeks out. Nobody has asked legal about the termination clause, operations about the delivery date, or finance about the payment terms. By the time someone does, the quarter is nearly over.

The agent reads the opportunities, flags the risk, and sends each flag to the person who owns it. A person decides what happens next.

  1. Pull. The agent pulls opportunities from Salesforce.
  2. Select. It keeps the opportunities that are not closing in the next 10 days.
  3. Check. For each one it looks for legal, operational and finance risk. Examples of a flag: a clause outside your standard terms, a delivery date that depends on another team, payment terms that differ from your policy.
  4. Send. It posts the flags in Slack to the people who own each kind of risk. Legal reads the legal flags, operations the operational ones, finance the finance ones.
  5. Decide. A person reads each flag and decides what to do. The agent's work ends at the flag.
A worked example.

What your team controls.

In a build with us, you choose which opportunities the agent reads, what counts as a risk, and who receives each flag. Your policies can come from your Company Brain, so the flags follow your rules.

We partner with Salesforce, Box, Anthropic and Slack. We build on OpenAI, Google Cloud, Databricks, Snowflake and Microsoft technology, so an agent can use what your company already runs.
